Cancellation Policy

If the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good, replacement may be made. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be considered by the seller/merchant listed on the platform after checking and determining the same at their end.


This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you should bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will take appropriate decision after looking into your complaint.


In case of complaints regarding products that come with warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any refund accepted by Yuvi Fashion Hub, it will take 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
